Protokollvorlagen editieren

Die Protokollvorlagen befinden sich im A3-S-Remote Datenordner (in der Regel C:\Benutzer\Öffentlich\Öffentliche Dokumente\; bei Windows XP sinngemäß) im Unterverzeichnis „forms“ und tragen die Dateiendung „*.frm“.

Diese Dateien können mit Microsoft-Word in Vollversion (ist Voraussetzung dafür, dass Protokolle gedruckt werden können und für das automatische Einfügen von Logos in die Formular/Protokollvorlagen) editiert werden.

Dabei sind einige Besonderheiten zu beachten:

Grundsätzlich müssen erst die Formatierungszeichen in Word sichtbar gemacht werden damit die Platzhalter NIE unbeabsichtigt verändert werden.
Die Platzhalter sollen in keiner Form verändert werden, dadurch können sie unbrauchbar werden.
Die Platzhalter dürfen kopiert und eingefügt werden (auch aus anderen Dokumenten über die Zwischenablage).
Die Platzhalter dürfen komplett neu eingegeben werden.

Bearbeiten von Protokollvorlagen

Erstmalig :
Doppelklick auf den Dateinamen im Dateiexplorer
wenn Word nicht öffnet auf „öffnen” klicken
auf „weitere Programme“ klicken
das Häkchen bei „immer mit diesem Programm öffnen“ setzen
Word auswählen
künftig werden *.frm-Dateien immer mit Word geöffnet

Ausgeblendete Zeichen (Formatierungszeichen) in Word sichtbar machen
(wenn Sie dieses Zeichen „¶“ in der Menü-Leiste von Word finden dann klicken Sie drauf, ansonsten können Formatierungszeichen auch unter “Optionen” dauerhaft angezeigt werden –> Alle!).

Diese Einstellung gilt für alle Word-Dokumente dauerhaft. Sie wird nicht mit dem Dokument gespeichert oder geladen. Nicht vergessen später wieder diese Funktion zurückzusetzen.

Die Platzhalter haben das Format „#@(503,32) @#“, bis auf das Leerzeichen in der Mitte ist die Folge zwischen den „“ als „ausgeblendet“ formatiert (kann mit einem Häkchen unter „Schriftart“ geändert werden). 503 ist die Feldnummer und bestimmt, was hier eingetragen wird. 32 ist die Anzahl von Zeichen, die hier maximal eingetragen werden. Ein „+“ nach der „32“ schaltet weiter zum nächsten Messergebnis (Zeile in der Prüfprozedur). „Leerzeichen“ kann auch ein Text sein, der unter bestimmten Umständen (z.B. beim Schutzklasse-Feld) erscheint, wenn im Feld nichts steht. Die Formatierung dieses Leerzeichens bestimmt wie der spätere Eintrag des Messergebnisses aussieht, deshalb muss dieses Leerzeichen auch „nicht ausgeblendet“ sein.

In diesem Format können in Word Platzhalter eingetippt und formatiert werden.
Die Feldnummern finden Sie (teilweise) in der Remotesoftware –> Extras –> Identnummernfelder –> letzte Spalte.
Die aktuelle vollständige Liste der Feldnummern finden Sie in der Datenbank „Pcdrtbl.mdb" in der Tabelle „tblProtocol" - dafür ist aber die Datenbanksoftware Access von Office nötig, notfalls kann man die Datei auch mit Excel öffnen.

Alles außerhalb dieser (oder ähnlicher) Platzhalter kann normal mit Word gestaltet werden – nur immer darauf achten, dass vorhandene Platzhalter (mit # und @) nicht verändert werden (es gibt auch welche am Dokumentanfang und zum Seitenwechsel)

Speichern des geänderten oder neuen Dokuments

Ein mit neuen Word-Versionen geöffnetes Dokument kann unter gleichem Namen gespeichert werden. Bei der Funktion „speichern unter…“ muss die Dateiendung *.rtf gewählt werden und danach die Dateiendung in *.frm geändert werden (Fehlermeldung ignorieren).

Es ist somit sinnvoll, erst mit dem Dateimanager eine Kopie der Datei unter neuem Namen zu erzeugen, diese dann mit Word zu bearbeiten und unter gleichem Namen zu speichern.

Neue Protokollvorlage in Remote-Software einbinden

Wenn eine bereits vorhandene Datei unter gleichem Namen im forms-Ordner der Remotesoftware verändert wurde brauchen Sie nichts weiter unternehmen.

Eine neue Datei wird zunächst in den forms-Ordner kopiert, wenn sie nicht schon dort ist.

Remote-Software starten, die Ergebnisse einer beliebigen Messung öffnen (Menue –> Ergebnisse –> eine Messung in der oberen Tabelle selektieren (Zeile schwarz))

Protokoll-Feld (rechts) anklicken und in der Pulldown-Liste das neue Formular auswählen, mit der Druckbildvorschau prüfen.

Dadurch erst wird das neue Formular auch bei der Online-Prüfung verfügbar und wählbar.

Protokollvorlage reparieren

Manche Fehler in Protokollvorlagen können mit einem kleinen Tool repariert werden.
